2. What data we collect

When you submit the booking form on this site, we receive:

• name;
• email address;
• phone number;
• preferred artist, style, available days;
• tattoo idea description, body placement, approximate size, budget;
• any reference photos and links you choose to attach.

3. Why we use the data

The data is used solely to:

• contact you about your booking inquiry;
• discuss the tattoo idea, pricing and timing;
• schedule a visit with the chosen (or assigned) artist.

We do not use your data for marketing and do not send newsletters.

4. Legal basis

We process the data based on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — the data is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request (processing the booking inquiry).

5. Who we share data with

Submitted form content (including attachments) is delivered via email to the studio's internal address using the Resend email delivery service. We do not share data with third parties for marketing or other purposes.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection — only an anonymous verification token is shared with Cloudflare, not any data you submit.

6. How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept for no longer than 12 months from receipt, after which they are deleted.

If a booking was completed and a client relationship was established, service-related data may be retained longer in accordance with Lithuanian bookkeeping and tax requirements.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you;
• request correction or deletion of it;
• restrict processing;
• file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

We use only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. Analytics and marketing cookies are not loaded without your consent.
